HBEN
was co-founded by Olga and Noe Flores of San Francisco in 2006 with
a four-fold mission/vision:
Create communication
and community amongst Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and business
owners;
Create an environment
that embraces and maintains Members’ unique cultural heritage
while educating them on how best to work amongst and within each
culture;
Conduct educational
meetings in Spanish with a focus on topics that will help HBEN members
grow, market and manage their respective businesses, and topics
that will help preserve cultural heritages and share some of these
education to our community, and
Foster and
facilitate commerce amongst the members of HBEN.
Co-Founder Olga Flores was born in Mexico in the State of Jalisco, while
Co-Founder Noe Flores was born in El Salvador and grew up in Honduras.
They make their home in the San Francisco Bay Area. As entrepreneurs
and small business owners, they have owned and operated a successful
auto body repair shop in San Francisco’s Mission District for
over 20 years. They are active in the community and church, and are
well-respected and sought after for their advice and guidance.
